Terms & Conditions

Effective August 30, 2026. These terms govern your use of kenvanvorhis.com, operated by Van Vorhis LLC in Orange County, California. Nothing is sold on this site: the community and mentorship are hosted and paid for on Whop under their terms. Please read section 4 in particular, which explains that the revenue share percentages described on this site are the structure of a deal and not a promise of income.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of kenvanvorhis.com (the “Site”), operated by Van Vorhis LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Orange County, California. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site is an informational and biographical website about Ken Van Vorhis and his work. Nothing is sold through it. It contains no cart, no checkout and no user accounts. Its purpose is to tell you who he is, what he is building, where to follow the work, and how to get in touch.

3. The community, the mentorship and anything you pay for

Our free community and our paid mentorship are hosted and sold on Whop, a third-party platform. Nothing on this Site is an offer, a contract, or a description of the terms of those programs.

If you join or purchase, your relationship is governed by Whop’s terms of service and payment terms together with the specific program terms shown at the point of purchase, including whatever refund policy is stated there. Payment is processed by Whop and its processors. We do not take payment through this Site and we never see your card details. Pricing, inclusions and availability are as stated on Whop at the time you buy, not as described here.

4. No earnings claims or income guarantees

This is important, so it is stated plainly.

The Site describes how revenue is shared in certain arrangements, including figures such as a 15% share on renters you source, a 5% share on vehicles you source, and a 50% share to an owner whose vehicle is placed on the network. Those percentages describe the structure of a deal. They are not a prediction, projection, promise or guarantee of any amount of money. A percentage of nothing is nothing.

Any figures, results, case studies or personal history described on this Site or in our content reflect what happened in specific circumstances and are not typical, guaranteed or promised to anyone else. We make no representation that you will earn any particular amount, earn anything at all, or recover what you spend.

Outcomes in this or any business depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and judgment, your capital and creditworthiness, market and seasonal demand, insurance and regulatory conditions, vehicle condition and availability, competition, and ordinary business risk. Most people who attempt a business venture do not achieve the results of the most successful examples. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and results.

5. No professional advice

Content on the Site and in the community is educational and reflects personal experience and opinion. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or insurance advice, and it is not a recommendation to enter any transaction. Ken Van Vorhis is not a licensed financial advisor, investment adviser, broker-dealer, attorney, accountant or insurance agent, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Site or by any conversation arising from it. Consult your own qualified professionals before making financial, legal, tax or insurance decisions.

6. Vehicle placement and sourcing arrangements

Descriptions on the Site of placing a vehicle on the network, sourcing vehicles, or sourcing renters are summaries offered for information only. They are not offers and do not create any agreement, agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or commission entitlement. Any such arrangement requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and the terms of that agreement control over anything stated here. Vehicle rental activity is also subject to applicable insurance requirements and California law.

7. Intellectual property

Except where noted, the text, photographs, video and design of the Site are owned by Van Vorhis LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view, quote briefly with attribution, and share links to the Site. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell or create derivative works from substantial portions of it without our written permission.

The underlying website template is licensed from its author, not owned by us. Third-party names, logos and trademarks, including those of the platforms we link to and any vehicle manufacturers mentioned, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation with us, or ours with them.

8. What you send us

Anything you submit through the contact form or send by email is not confidential and creates no obligation of secrecy, unless we have separately signed a written confidentiality agreement with you. Do not send us confidential, proprietary or sensitive information through the Site. By sending us feedback, questions or ideas, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break any law, to impersonate anyone, to harvest data by automated means, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

10. Third-party links and platforms

The Site links to third-party websites and platforms including Whop, prometheusexotics.com, social media profiles, podcast episodes and code repositories. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything found there.

11. Testimonials and endorsements

Where any testimonial, review or endorsement appears, it reflects the individual experience of the person giving it and is not a guarantee that you or anyone else will have the same experience. We disclose material connections where they exist, as required by the Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidelines.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or that its content is complete, current or accurate.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Van Vorhis LLC, Ken Van Vorhis, and anyone acting on their behalf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or reliance on its content, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Van Vorhis LLC and Ken Van Vorhis from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here prevents either party from bringing a qualifying claim in small claims court.

16. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the Site and the business change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised terms.

17. General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign them; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
