About

Three years ago I had potential and nothing to show for it. I decided I did not care what it cost to find out what I was actually capable of. I gave up the apartment, moved into my car, and I have not walked that decision back once.

Everything I build runs on one rule: own the system, not the assets. I would rather control the demand, the process and the data than the thing depreciating in a garage. That rule took me from driving fourteen hours a day to running a fleet I never had to buy.

the decisions that actually mattered

GOING HOMELESS

January 2025

January 1st. Orange County rent I could not cover, $1,400 a month in payments against $120,000 of debt, and a new sales job I had no idea would pay. I gave up the apartment and moved into my car. Saving money was the smaller reason. I wanted to eliminate distractions and comfort.

THE
AUDIENCE

February 2025

I posted the whole thing, day by day. On Day 59 my series "Going Homeless to Buy Crypto" went viral, and it built the first real audience I ever had. People watching fueled the fire, and I couldn't let them down.

THE VISION

March 2025

Crypto was never the goal, it was the funding. A guy at my gym told me his Porsche GT3 RS made him $15,000/month placed with a rental agency in Orange County. That conversation gave me direction. I settled on exotic rentals and started building the vision I now call Pantheon Capital.

THE RESET

November 2025

I sold all my crypto and cleared specific debts in a specific order. My credit went from 630 to 760 in a month. In January I refinanced every auto loan at lower rates over longer terms and expanded my limits, freeing up more than $1,000 a month. Leverage stopped crushing me and became something I could aim.

THE JUMP

March 2026

I quit the sales job, bought a BMW M3 and an M4, and placed them with an existing agency for a revenue share. Exactly what the guy at the gym had described, only now it was my car. I rebranded everything and started building Prometheus Exotics.

THE SEAT

May 2026

An up-and-coming agency noticed what I was doing and hired me full time as their AI consultant and fleet manager. I ran the day to day and built the infrastructure underneath it. I learned this industry from inside a high volume fleet.

TODAY

August 2026

Prometheus Exotics is big enough to operate as its own agency. I hired my own fleet manager so I could step out of that seat and grow the network instead. Over 100 vehicles across Southern California, and still sleeping in my car.

I did not start with capital, a network or a name. I started with a decision, and I have documented every step since. Mistakes included.
