Short form, built to travel. The cars, the deliveries, the moments worth stopping a scroll for. If you only follow one, make it this one.
Long form, where the business gets taken apart. How the deals are structured, what the cars actually earn, and what it costs to run this. My smallest audience and my most honest one.
The same short form in front of an older crowd. More of them own a car worth putting on a fleet, and far more of them actually send a message instead of just watching.
Where a clip finds out whether it works. What lands here gets cut for everywhere else. Cross posted, not custom, and I am fine saying so.
The day as it actually goes. Deliveries, breakdowns, the gym at five in the morning, the parking lot at midnight. Nothing here is planned and nothing here is polished.
Thoughts as they arrive, mostly about AI and how I am actually using it to run this. Posted when I have something worth posting, not on a schedule.
Where the business side lives. Useful if you own a car, operate in this space, or are doing your homework on me before a conversation.
Text posts too long for a caption and too short for a video. The least worked of the eight, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
What people ask before they hit follow. If yours is not here, ask it inside the community and I will answer it straight.
Instagram if you want the highlights, YouTube if you want the reasoning behind them. Those two are the only ones I build for. Everything else is a cross post of one or the other.
For short form, mostly yes, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. The long breakdowns only live on YouTube. Snapchat is the only place that gets the day unedited.
Most days on Instagram and Facebook. YouTube when a build is far enough along to be worth explaining properly. I would rather skip a week than post filler.
I read them and I answer the ones that ask something specific. The community is the fastest way to reach me. Press and business inquiries go to press@kenvanvorhis.com.
Because a highlight reel teaches nobody anything. The repair bills, the slow months and the decisions I would make differently are the parts worth watching. Documented in public means all of it, not the flattering half.
